We focus on working with shelters and rescues to provide a no cost option for transports.  We understand that shelters and rescues function on very tight, almost none existent budgets.  Providing this support, allows shelters to transfer animals out.  Without this option, there is a very good possibility that adoptable dogs and cats would be euthanized for space.  We see this far to often all over the country.  We do not think this is solution.  However, it is part of a solution.  If the shelters across the United States could offer their residents a low cost spay/neuter program, this would be the biggest step to reducing the over population in shelters.

If you are a shelter or rescue and are looking for transport help, we can certainly see if it something we can work with you on.  It can take a week to two weeks to set-up a transport.  The pick up and drop off locations are the biggest factor in our time lines.  We have not transported to much to the midwest and would need additional time.  We have done limited transports to Georgia and Florida as well.

We transport within the following states and abide by the import rules of each of the states.

  • South Carolina
  • North Carolina
  • Virginia
  • Maryland
  • Delaware
  • Pennsylvania
  • Ohio
  • New York
  • New Jersey
  • Connecticut *
  • Rhode Island *
  • New Hampshire *
  • Vermont
  • Maine **

* These states require vet/quarantine appointments.  All animals will need to be seen by a vet according to the state’s import laws.  These laws can be seen on the transport request form.

** Maine requires all animals entering the state receive vaccinations 2 weeks prior to entering the state.  We will also need a copy of the rescue’s Maine import license.
